Send a Digital Impression

Sending a case to Kelley Dental Laboratory is easier with digital scanning technology. We support all major digital scanning platforms. Find your scanner in the menu below and follow the instructions inside to add Kelley as the default destination on your preferred device.

Cerec

Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account
Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
Type “Kelley” in the box for Company Name
Click FIND
Check the box to the bottom left for “Kelley”
Click ADD to complete the registration

Medit i500

Visit meditlink.com/register and select “don’t have an account? Sign up.”
Select the “Administrator” option under the category that best fits your business.
Provide your information and check your email for a verification link. This email will also contain instruction to download the software.
Select “Add New Partner” and search for Kelley Dental Laboratory to start sending cases to our lab.

iTero®

Option 1

Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner
Connect with Kelley Dental Lab using our Company ID 12431
After connecting to us as a Lab, select Kelley Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files

Call 800-577-8767
Select Option 1
Request that Kelley Dental Lab is added to your scanner and Identify our lab using our phone number: 812-945-7122
After Kelley Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner
After connecting to us as a lab, select Kelley Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files

Connect with Kelley Dental Lab as Lab by searching [email protected]
After connecting to us as a Lab, select Kelley Dental Lab when sending files

3M™ True Definition Scanner

Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
Select Option 1 and request support Kelley Dental Lab be added to your scanner
3M™ will then confirm with Kelley Dental Lab and add connection remotely

E4D-Planmeca Planscan

Select Find a lab option on your scanner
Search for either Kelley Dental Lab or [email protected]
Add Kelley Dental Lab
Select Kelley Dental Lab when submitting scans
